Flow Corporation Waterjet Cutter

Atlanta Die utilizes the latest in Waterjet technology to precision cut ejection rubber. Waterjet ejection rubber has allowed our customers to realize greater production speeds while extending the life of each cutting die. We have the flexibility of cutting virtually any shape on material types ranging from soft ejection rubber to the toughest metals in thicknesses of 1/16 to 4 inches. Metal parts cut on our Waterjet usually require no secondary finishing and do not suffer thermal damage or deflection that is usually associated with cutting these parts on a laser cutter.
